The most important thing once you have your self hypnosis recording is to listen to it - and in just 15 minutes per day you can begin to notice changes.

Because your recording is unique to you it takes between 2 and 3 hours of my time to prepare your final recording. I will send your finished MP3 file to you via a file transfer site – or I can send you a CD via the post.
