Problems Sleeping?

Not being able to sleep is something that affects us all occasionally - especially in this hot weather.  But if it becomes a constant problem then it really begins to affect all areas of our lives.

Whether we call it insomnia or just say we have a problem sleeping doesn't matter - laying awake watching the alarm clock move ever closer to the time we need to get up for work is no fun.

For many of us we have problems sleeping when we are worried or anxious about other events.  And the more we worry and get stressed about them the less likely it is that we will be able to relax enough to get off to sleep.

Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a great way of dealing with the problems and stresses that are keeping you awake.  I can also teach you techniques you can use outside the sessions to help you view the worries in a different and more positive way - and other techniques to help you relax when it's time for bed.  A relaxing hypnotherapy CD played at bedtime can also help.
