Is A Breakthrough Session Right For You?
These in-depth coaching and hypnotherapy sessions are great for breaking through old fears, phobias, negative thought patterns etc. By the end of the session you will have taken a giant step forwards towards your goals.
However, a breakthrough session isn’t right for everybody, or every type of problem. During our initial conversation we can discuss how you experience your problem and the goals you want to achieve and decide together on the best approach. It may be that a gentler course of sessions spread over a number of weeks would give you better results.
Something I love about Cognitive Hypnotherapy is that everything is tailored to you as an individual. Some clients prefer to start with a breakthrough session and then follow it up with a couple of shorter sessions in a few weeks’ time. I will use my expertise to guide you towards the best package for you – but ultimately the choice will be yours.
