Things have been really good and I haven't felt stressed in the car. We have had quite few trips out including a day out with friends in Kent and all went well.
I can't remember the last time I actually thought of the accidents. My husband has noticed how different I am in the car and the fact that we can now go out without me stressing about the trip ahead is brilliant.

I have actually joined a gym close to home. I have been going 3-4 times a week and watching my food intake, as well as portion sizes. So far I have lost a stone! I have a long way to go yet of course, but that's a good start I think. I'm feeling pretty good about things and a definite change in my outlook.

I met Brenda some months ago to see if she was able to help me to implement strategies to lose weight and manage my diet. It is fair to say that whilst I was open minded enough to try cognitive hypnotherapy I was also sceptical that it would work for me it having been an issue for most of my life.

Brenda has been coaching me in hypno-birthing techniques over the past 3 weeks ready for the impending arrival of my little one. Whilst under her care, Brenda makes you feel completely at ease and relaxed while she talks you through the processes of hypnosis. I have heard many tales from friends who have used hypno-birthing that describe situations where they aren’t allowed to converse with the midwife and it is a very “all or nothing” experience. I found this quite oppressive but Brenda’s approach is much more relaxed and instead she gives you techniques that you can choose to use or not.
Even when I was feeling very downhearted at my own ability and nerves at using the techniques in front of other people, at every point she reassured me that it was perfectly normal to feel that way and never put me under any pressure to perform! This is not the first time I have taken advantage of Brenda’s services and I can thoroughly recommend her whether you are interested in hypno-birthing or any other hypnosis related issue. She is fabulous at what she does!
I went to see Brenda for a relaxation session and was really impressed with the results even from the one meeting. Brenda is very easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Although it was a trial session, the experience and results far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend going to see Brenda for anything you may need to deal with or issues you have. I would like to reassure and encourage any one seeking an alternative method of managing their well-being to try Cognitive Hypnotherapy. From the very start I found it to be effective, tranquil and comforting. As a result, after only a few sessions, I feel able to take pleasure in life again in a way I didn't feel would be possible before trying hypnotherapy.
I tend to look more positively at the problems that I experience and not obsess quite as much as before. The relaxation aspect was very beneficial and helps me to be more calm and tranquil. I found you very welcoming and you always put me at my ease.

My trip was great. It's really weird I had anxiety beforehand (not too bad and controllable) but as soon as I met my friends in the airport I was absolutely fine and didn't even think about anxiety the whole time. Thank you so much for your help. I cannot tell you how anxiety has limited my life and affected my mental well being. I just wanted to let you know that I had a fantastic weekend away with my friends. I was so pleased and surprised that I did not have a single instance of anxiety before, during or after. Thank you so much for your help, it has been a long time since I have been able to go to any social events without any sort of anxiety attacks. I felt normal again.
I find it much easier to relax now. Using the CD helps to focus my mind in situations where I might find it difficult. It was very soothing and relaxing at the sessions and the explanations about our subconscious minds helped.
I seem to think differently more now than previous. I feel more positive and realise I need to let things go instead of holding onto thoughts. I feel more confident about myself and feel I can achieve things. I loved the relaxing and calming effect it had on me, I felt a lot happier and calmer after leaving, and the CD is fantastic – I still listen to it and it helps me a lot to relax and sleep.
Thank you for your help and I am sure listening to your CD as falling asleep helped, it made me feel positive every morning when waking. After 6 weeks I am still smoke free and it does not seem to be bothering me at all, even when friends smoke around me, so I now consider myself a non-smoker.
I have been enjoying my life not smoking. Have been out standing with smokers and it's great - don't want to smoke. The next day after I really wanted a fag, took three pulls on a cigarette and hated it - haven't smoked since. Thank you so much, I feel so much more healthier.
I am now a non-smoker, am saving a lot of money each week and I feel much healthier. I enjoyed everything about the actual session - it was very relaxing and effective.
I never expected it to be this easy. I have not had the urge, want or need to smoke ever again. I feel healthier, cleaner and better for it. I do not miss it and do not understand what I saw in smoking. After having the hypnotherapy and seeing how easy it was, I laugh at all my failed attempts.
