Together we agree which specific areas are most appropriate for you to work on to achieve your weight loss goals.
For example, if you already enjoy exercise we don’t need to take up valuable time working on your motivation to exercise. This means we can focus in on the areas you really do find difficult.

- Dealing with compulsive eating.
- Stopping emotional eating and stress management.
- Making sensible food choices.
- Creating an intelligent relationship with food.
- Motivation to exercise.

How Many Sessions Will You Need:
You probably took many years to learn your old eating habits and behaviours. I believe you are learning a new healthier way of eating and living – not going on another short term diet.
Changes in the way you think and behave can happen very quickly – in one or 2 sessions. But I want to make sure you have all the support and help you need to make those changes permanent. So you should expect to commit to 5-6 sessions on average.
Because everyone is an individual the gaps between your sessions may vary too. I recommend that the first 2 sessions take place 7-10 days apart. After that we will work out the best plan and time frame for you. Some clients have weekly sessions, others monthly. The important thing is that you will have all the support you need to lose weight at just the right pace for you.
