After many years’ experience of anxiety and panic attacks, both personally and professionally, I decided to write a book.
I wanted it to be a book that could be used either standalone, or by my clients as we worked together. Something they could refer to almost as if I were still in the room with them.
I called it ‘No Tigers, No Lions’ because most of us don’t face real life or death experiences in our daily lives. Instead, we get anxious about driving, going to the supermarket or simply leaving the house.
