My approach is always to work with you as an individual – there is no ‘one size fits all approach’ to our work together. So we will have your sessions in whatever way works best for you. This includes working online from the comfort of your own home. Or in person; either at The Tree Room in Colchester or in my office near Frinton on Sea.
Once we have begun to clear some of your old blocks and fears it may also be appropriate to meet for coaching. These sessions are more informal and can also be at a local coffee shop or on the phone. We can even meet for a walk by the sea or in a local park.
This means no matter where you are we can always find a way to work together to reach your happier future. You can be at home relaxing, or we can work during your lunch break at work. It’s completely up to you.
Thanks to modern technology we really can work together on letting go of your old anxiety and fear – no matter where you live.
We use a piece of software called Zoom. It’s a bit like Skype or Facetime but it’s completely secure to use and maintains your confidentiality.
There is no need to set up a user ID or password to use it, and I do all the setting up of our meetings. All you need to do is to click on a link that I will send you.
We can even have a trial run before we start work so you don’t need to worry about being late, or missing your first session.
My other office is near Frinton on Sea in Essex (CO13), and there is off road parking available.
My main office hours are Tuesday to Thursday to 7pm and Saturday mornings.
However, exceptions can be made if you are based in another country or time zone and we are working online.
There is currently no disabled access to either of my rooms and the rooms in Colchester are also up a flight of stairs.
However, therapy is always available online via completely secure and confidential software and we can always have a trial run to ensure that this option works for you.
