Before Your Session:
I will ask you to prepare for your stop smoking session by completing some simple tasks. These are designed to help your unconscious mind to stop smoking – and I promise they are easy.
Your Stop Smoking Session:
We will work on some or all of the different aspects of quitting smoking – whichever ones are applicable to you:
- Breaking habitual links to particular times of day or events;
- Managing stress;
- Understanding and breaking cravings;
- Dealing with emotional reasons for smoking;
- Discovering your determination and willpower – no matter how deep it is buried!
Most people describe the session as relaxing, positive and fun.
